Complaints about Archangel Lens House.

I CANNOT STAND THIS ANYMORE !

Hello people, I AM NOT THE OWNER OF ARCHANGEL LENS HOUSE.

I only have 1 blogshop and that's Y-Truthfully.blogspot.com

Please stop sending me messages and everything that has to do with Archangel Lens House.

Also, I think I ought to explain how Archangel Lens House works.


1ST, ARCHANGEL LENS HOUSE IS BASED IN MALAYSIA


2ND, THE OWNER OF ARCHANGEL LENS HOUSE IS A MALAYSIAN


3RD, I AM ONLY RESPONSIBLE TO MAIL THE LENSES FOR THEM


4TH, I AM ONE OF THE ADMIN OF THEIR FB PAGE BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT I'M THE OWNER


5TH, E-MAIL HER AND NOT ME AS I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHOP

What proof do I have?

Get it? If I'm the owner, do you think that I will talk to myself on my msn chat?
Do you think that I can on 2 computers at a time?

Even if I can on both at a time, use your brain again la.

I'm using gmail for all my e-mails, how on Earth would I want to use Windows live mail? So laggy.

I'm only hired by her to mail, and I am not the owner.

You're asking an employee to make decision for the boss which is ridiculous.

If you ask me to refund, HOW ON EARTH will I have the money to refund to you when they money is not even with me?

I have nothing against Archangel Lens House or their customers BUT please stop thinking that I'm the owner and expecting me to shoulder everything.

I've had enough.

Don't you all just find is ridiculous?

    I dont think they understand that you are like post office , you sort out everything and send out etc.
    I think you should explain it more clearer so that they would understand :)

  3. Hi Kiyomi, i didn't participate in any of arch's spree but i think because you're the admin and in-charge in SG, they expect you to be more responsible to inform them and keep them updated. So that they won't be lost or confused who exactly is the owner, people purchase stuff online with wary minds you see.

    I'm not saying you're wrong, but just the responsibility since you've taken up as a admin of the web. (: Hopefully, more people could understand and need not ask you anymore. Sometime it's irritating!

  4. I also think you should be more responsible, although you are not the owner, you are still helping archangel to update fb/customers ... hence this is why people might understood u are archangel. AT LEAST have the responsibility to reply people's email & not got MIA for weeeeks. Even if your customer pisses you off (like what u posted above) you should talk to them nicely, explain & clear the misunderstanding. But here you are creating a post about them complaining this & that, actually you're ruining your own reputation :/

    Anyway no offence or what 'cos I'm just a random passerby commenting this with my honest opinion, you can simply ignore what I said/scold me or whatever. I don't really care, but well just wanna let you know if you don't change your attitude, how to expect more customers to buy things from you right? :)
